Mineshkumar Patel

Mr. Mineshkumar Patel is a Mechanical Engineer with over 23 years of experience in different Diamond machinery manufacturing and Diamond processing companies around the world. He worked with Sahajanand Technologies for 2 years in Botswana & 3 years in India. He was with Harikrishna Exports, a well-known Sight holder Company, for 10 years. He also served as a service engineer at  Lightwave Technologies in China for a year. Mr. Mineshkumer holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University.

His in-depth knowledge of diamonds allow him to tune laser machine for better performance.

During working with different companies worldwide he cultivated and developed skills of effective use of Laser in Diamond with Laser Machine. He has developed methodology to resolve Customer complain politely and effectively.

His responsibilities are :

• Installing, commissioning and fine-tuning of the Laser machine to deliver the best performance.
• As an expert Application engineer, he provides operational training to Customers for Diamond processing with Laser machine.
• Receiving and understanding precisely Customer’s complains and providing solutions in the best way.
• He provides training to service Engineers for handling customer complains satisfactorily.
• Statically analyzing and suggesting improvements in the design.
