General Features :
Table top compact machine for very precise and uniform coating of drugs on the inflated balloon surface
The top-end of the Balloon Catheter is fitted with a Non-return valve to maintain inflation of the balloon during the Coating cycle
Both ends are clamped firmly with a rotating mechanism to maintain the catheter's straightness with no skewing during the catheter's rotational motion.
Collet for clamping the bottom edge of the catheter is made from soft material to prevent damages of the tips
Auto slides ( Optional) to lower the top clamp of the rotating mechanism to facilitate mounting.
Compact and rigid body Structure housed with SS covers and doors which ensures full isolation from the atmosphere.
Hinges and Sliding doors to facilitate mounting of the balloon catheter and drug refilling
Exhaust nozzle to connect hose for the exhaust of gas in a suitable vessel or outside the room
Linear axis coupled with stepper motors delivers very accurate, smooth, and jerk/noise-free linear motion of spraying gun
Inbuilt Display unit to display and set coating parameters and drying cycle
Pressure regulator to vary and set flow pressure of the gas as per the requirement
Facility to set distance of spray gun and fan angle to set accurate spraying of the drug on the Balloon Surface
