General Features :

• Best machine in its class for multi-layer and uniform coating of drugs on the Stent Surface.
• Compact and rigid body Structure housed in with covers made from SS Sheets and Glass which ensures full isolation from the surrounding atmosphere.
• Hinges and sliding doors to facilitate stent mounting and drug refilling
• Exhaust nozzle to connect hose for the exhaust of gas in a suitable vessel or outside the room
• Linear axis coupled with stepper motors to deliver very accurate, smooth and jerk/noise-free linear motion of spraying gun
• Quick changing couplers to mount both ends of the Stent with Rotating Mechanism for uniform transfer of the motion to prevent the stent's skewing during rotational motion.
• The front display unit mounted over the machine body for displaying and setting coating parameters and coating cycle
• Pressure regulator to vary and set flow pressure of the gas as per the requirement
• Facility to set distance of spray gun and fan angle to set accurate spraying of the drug on the Stent Surface
