Stent Beat is a Fiber-laser based stent cutting machine, which delivers maximum accuracy and ensures the best cutting edge finish by minimizing defects such as the heat-affected zone, micro-cracks and welds. This machine is constructed from an accurately polished Granite structure with a welded single-piece steel frame that ensures absolute rigidity and performance consistency. It is designed with an automatic tube feeding mechanism and is compatible for carrying out both dry and wet cutting of stent. Smartly harmonized high-performance standard laser coupled with a direct drive motion system and advanced control architecture delivers a high level of precision-cut under very tight stent profile and minimal geometry errors. Besides, various stent profiles can be quickly set with advanced and operator-friendly software.
