BASE PLATE FIXTURE

  • This is a well-known base fixture fitted on the X-Y axis upon which all the other fixtures are mounted for various applications.
  • It has a dovetail base for accurate and quick exchange of other fixtures while performing various operations.
  • The Dovetail base bearing design facilitates precise and fast aligning of the Saw plane/cutting line.

MOTORIZED DIRECT DRIVEN 360° FIXTURE

The ultramodern design of this fixture can hold 5 pairs of pots. Each pair is mounted directly on an individual motor shaft, which eliminates variation in the rotation due to mechanical design limitations. Sawing can be performed either from one side or opposite sides (two-sided) with the utmost accuracy as defined by the Planner. With this fixture, the weight loss can be reduced significantly and cutting time can be saved when diamonds are cut from opposite sides. When this fixture is integrated with Wave Steering Device through advanced & user-friendly software, it is best suited for Auto PIE Sawing in a single operation.

Coring of CVD

  • Coring cuts and removes unwanted DLC from the grown CVD block to get a tough central part of raw CVD.
  • Grown blocks are placed on batch production fixture, The operator needs to set & feed cutting parameters and the Machine on its own, without any intervention from the Operator, cuts all CVD Cores one by one.
  • One operator can run a minimum of 3 machines for the Coring of CVD.
  • Smart integration of mechatronics and user-friendly software cuts unwanted DLC from a grown block with utmost accuracy.

Slicing of CVD

  • Slicing is the process of cutting thinner slices from Cored CVD.
  • CVD is glued on Pots and pots are fitted in pot holders of Motorised Direct Driven360° fixture.
  • The operator needs to set & feed cutting parameters, and the machine on its own, without any intervention from the Operator, cut slices from all CVD Cores one by one.
  • Slice can be cut either from single-sided or from opposite sided ( Two Sided Sawing)
  • One operator can run a minimum of 5 machines for this operation.
  • Smart integration of mechatronics, CNC Motion System, and advanced designed software cut slices with the superior surface finish.

Wave Steering Device

  • A Wave Steering Device is used to perform PIE sawing of the stones in a single operation.
  • This is an optical device to rotate the polarization plane of a linearly polarized laser beam to an angle that matches the saw plane of the stone.
  • Straight and Inclined Sawing with the same accuracy is possible with this device, which eliminates repetitive gluing operations and aligning the stone for PIE cutting.
  • Smart integration of CNC motion system, High Precision Mechatronics of the Device, and advanced software ensure single-sided or two-sided PIE sawing in a single operation, with excellent surface finish and precise matching of saw planes.

360° AUTO FIXTURE FOR TWO-SIDED SAWING OF DIAMONDS

This brilliantly designed fixture can hold 16 pots in precisely machined pot holders coupled with software-controlled Stepper Motor. Stones can be set either for one-side sawing or two-side sawing (opposite sides). With this fixture, the weight loss and cutting time are significantly reduced when diamonds are cut from opposite sides.

SINGLE SIDE SAWING FIXTURE – 80 POTS

  • This fixture is for accurate and efficient single-side cutting of high volume stones of small sizes.
  • The fixture has the facility to insert and mount 40 pots horizontally in precisely machined V grooves.
  • The pots are made from magnetic stainless steel, and magnets are used to hold and clamp pots in their positions.
  • As the holding force is magnetic, the pots can be rotated, moved and exchanged rapidly.
  • It has a perforated collecting tray which ensures restriction-free airflow during stone cutting.

SINGLE SIDE SAWING FIXTURE – 12 POTS

  • This fixture is used for precise and efficient single side cutting of multiple stones of all sizes in a single batch.
  • The fixture has a facility to mount 12 pots horizontally in precisely machined V grooves.
  • The pots can be quickly exchanged as spring-loaded steel balls are used to hold and clamp pots in their positions.
  • It has a perforated collecting tray which ensures restriction-free airflow during stone cutting.

4P FIXTURE

  • 4P fixture is for performing four processes in a single setting. The four Processes are Table Sawing, Crown Bruiting, Girdle Bruiting and Pavilion Bruiting.
  • Steel pots are placed on a magnetic base which is fitted on a rotary motor.
  • Once the alignment is complete, the fixture automatically performs all the four operations as per the pre-defined geometry and dimensions.
  • Highly accurate mechatronics and user-friendly software deliver reliable and consistent results without the need for frequent calibration.
