SUNIL NAVALE

Mr. Sunil Navale is a Mechanical Engineer, with over 20 years of experience in the designing of diamond processing and Industrial machines. Apart of this he has also hands on experience on designing the Robotic tools, devices, fixtures and new processes. He is expert in selections of machineries & tools for establishing factory setup. He has proven his skills in meeting the deadline during the factory set up or machine building projects. Mr. Sunil holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University.
His core strength is shaping the ideas into elegant product with desired performance. He believes in look and feel so he always takes care of user-friendly & attractive product designs.

His responsibilities are :

• Designing and production of machines and tools.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in the production, warehousing and distribution of goods.
• Monitor the performance of every process and control the quality as per defined standards.
• Analyzing, redesigning and modifying the products as per the customer’s feedbacks and requirements
• Manage the maintenance of  equipment and machinery
• Responsible for equipment operation, maintenance and procurement.
• Set & define standards and ensure product quality accordingly.
• Enable and empower team to make them performer.
