Mr. Hardik Narola is a Mechanical Engineer, with over 12 years of experience in product design engineering, branding, Market positioning and establishing manufacturing set up for the products.  He did a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from M. S. University. He also attended many business fairs and international conferences. He has contributed making the product price affordable with latest technology.

His core strength is to maintain a healthy and professional relationship with suppliers and customers across the world.

His responsibilities are :

• Identifying Business development opportunities and financial analysis. Conduct applied research, studies and analyse adaptability.
• Expert in planning, executing activities within a defined time frame maintaining overall discipline across the departments for the smooth functioning of the company.
• Keep himself and Team updated about worldwide new development in the Laser field and adopt it if found suitable for the benefit of industries.
• Maintaining healthy and professional relations with customers and suppliers.
• Manage the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
• Organizing functional, developmental and value based training for the staff.
