Dr. Kalpesh Patil

Dr. Kalpesh Patil is a Doctorate in an Electrical Engineering, He is M. Tech with a specialization in Industrial Electronics. Currently, he is pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety.
Dr. Kalpesh Patil has been an Assistant Professor for over 18 years at prestigious institutions. In addition to teaching, he served as an industrial consultant during his tenure to resolve industry-specific technical issues. He has published research findings in a number of peer-reviewed journals both internationally and nationally.

His responsibilities are :

• Responsible for developing the technical blueprints and documents for all products.
• Identify and monitor areas of the improvements in Laser and CVD technology.
• Evaluation of the complex projects, review outcomes and apply his expertise based on the data.
• He fosters a R & D-friendly environment amongst the technical staff to understand the customer desires.
• Provides support for continuous improvement of products with regard to technological advancements globally.

His core strength is to deep dive into problems and find out the solution from the root cause.
He believes in sincerity and patience to generate desired results. His passion towards finding solutions to the given challenge makes him a perfect scientist for the Narola Machines.
